How It Works

Step 1

You provide us with an mp3, mp4, or downloadable link to the audio/video to be transcribed.

Dropbox links are acceptable!

Step 2

Tell us what format you'd like. If you want a certain type of transcript, please specify.

Word, PDF, .srt (closed captions)

Step 3

We transcribe the audio/video!

Transcripts will be delivered to your inbox within 2-4 days.

Step 4

You receive an invoice from Transcribe Your Sermon and pay securely through Quickbooks.

Payment is due 14 days from invoice date. Invoices will always be sent after transcripts have been delivered.

Step 5

Put up the transcript online for immediate access or print out and share with others!

We will not share transcripts unless you have given us written permission to do so.

We can customize transcripts to fit your needs! If you want revisions made after receiving your transcript, we will make the adjustments requested at no cost.
